Agreement

By opening a Money Me account you enter into an agreement with Gatavase Corporation. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and complete identity verification when requested.

Your wallet

Wallet balances are held for the purpose of funding transfers. Balances do not earn interest and are not bank deposits.

Fees and rates

The exchange rate and fee applicable to a transfer are displayed before you confirm it. Once confirmed, that quote applies to the transaction.

Cancellations

A transfer may be cancelled while it remains in the submitted state. After it is confirmed with a payout partner it cannot be recalled.

Prohibited use

You may not use Money Me for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, gambling where prohibited, fraud or money laundering. We may suspend accounts to investigate suspicious activity.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
